MetaPrint is available in three versions. MetaPrint Professional, MetaPrint Workstation & MetaPrint Convert. You will be prompted during the product setup for which version you wish to try. You can upgrade versions at any time by calling 925-658-0200.
- Download MetaPrint trial (EXE file) During product setup, you will be prompted to select which version of MetaPrint you wish to trial.
MetaPrint Client is a FREE program used to configure plot jobs and transmit them over the Internet or your local network to MetaPrint queues.

Shared Settings for MetaPrint Client Update
MetaPrint Client can be configured to look to a central file for settings (accounting, default paths, etc).

KIP Troubleshooting
Many KIP printing issues are the result of outdated IPS software. Please contact your KIP supplier to have your IPS controller updated with the latest software.
Need help determining if you need an update? Check the following files against these to see if you have the most current.
- kipserve.exe - your file should be v2.219 or newer (see screenshot)
- kawpdft.exe - your file should be v2.232 or newer (see screenshot)
